What it is for

Practising radio communication for yourself, or for students your organisation has given access to. Talk to the controller as you would on a real frequency; the product is built for that.

Please do not

  • Share your account, or let someone else train under it.
  • Use scripts, bots or automated audio to drive sessions, or access the service other than through the product.
  • Try to get around usage limits, the checks, or the security of the service or other accounts.
  • Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission.
  • Say, type or send anything unlawful, abusive or harassing, or other people's personal data, through the radio or the contact form.
  • Copy, scrape, resell or republish the exercises, content or the controller's voice.
  • Present marks, ranks or stamps as a qualification, a rating or approved training.

Found a security problem?

Tell us through the contact form with the topic “Support”, without accessing other people's data or disrupting the service. We will acknowledge it and keep you informed.

What happens if the policy is broken

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, proportionately to what happened, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. You can reply to us if you think we got it wrong.
